Clockworks’ A2B OEM module is an A2B to I2S adapter that allows developers to customize A2B interconnect by routing the A2B up and downstream signals over headers versus the DuraClik connectors on the standard Clockwork A2B module.

The AB0109 has four positions for mounting AB0003L (A2B03) A2B OEM modules or AB0001 (A2B01) A2B modules.

This creates a compact multinode system for A2B evaluation as well as a test environment for software development.

All signals are available from connectors allowing connection to external I2S or I2C devices.

There are 10 LEDs connected to the digital I/O of each position for basic status monitoring. A 32Kx8 EEPROM per slot facilitates development and test of software for autoconfiguration.

There’s probably a lot of other clever things that can be done with this board – every A2B developer should have one on their desk. Not that they need it, it just looks way cool.

You’ll find links below to the datasheet and other things. There’s no separate user guide, it’s in the datasheet because it’s pretty simple: Plug in the modules, plug in the power, connect the A2B, and use it.
