Analog Devices’ A2B system provides a way to send bidirectional control and digital audio data over low cost twisted pair wire in a simple daisy chain configuration of up to 11 nodes.
Initially developed for use in automotive applications to reduce weight and cost compared to big cable harnesses, Analog Devices has recently made the part available to the broader markets in vehicular, industrial, and audio applications.
